Nick Fewings NgagementworksNick is the CEO of of a learning and development company called Ngagementworks and this website, Yours Behaviourally is where he posts articles he’s written and quotations he’s penned, in support of his passion to help both individuals and teams achieve even greater success.

Nick worked for Barclays PLC for 21 years, rising through the ranks from a cashier to finally Director Of Change.  An accredited project manager, behavioural psychologist, leader, facilitator, conference speaker and author, has seen Nick work with many well-known brands throughout the world.

 

Nick is also the creator of the highly-regarded Team DyNAmics© Model, that helps teams to measure how effective their team is and identify what is working well and what needs to be improved.  He regular works with leadership, project and operational teams in the private, public and third-sector (charities/not for profit).
